Refund & Return Policy – Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

All products sold by Market Ready Design Co are digital downloads and Canva template files delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, downloading your purchase, or editing your templates, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• Duplicate purchases

• File corruption or technical issues that cannot be resolved

• Incorrect product delivered

By purchasing from Market Ready Design Co, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and agree to this refund policy.
