By purchasing digital products from Market Ready Design Co, you agree to the following terms:

Digital Products
All products sold are digital downloads and Canva templates. No physical products will be shipped.

License & Usage
All templates are for personal business use only. You may use the templates to create marketing materials for your own business or for your clients.

You may:

  • Edit templates in Canva

  • Use templates for your own business marketing

  • Use templates for client marketing materials

  • Print and distribute materials created from templates

You may NOT:

  • Resell the templates

  • Share template links

  • Copy, redistribute, or give away the templates

  • Claim the template designs as your own

  • Use the templates to create new templates for resale

  • Upload template files to template marketplaces

Template Access
Templates are accessed through Canva via a link provided after purchase. A free Canva account may be required to edit templates.

Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Intellectual Property
All designs, templates, graphics, and content are the property of Market Ready Design Co and are protected by copyright. Purchase of a template does not transfer ownership of the design.

Limitation of Liability
Market Ready Design Co is not responsible for printing errors, user editing mistakes, or issues resulting from third-party services such as Canva, printing companies, or social media platforms.
